Clatsop Care Health & Rehabilitation Center in Astoria, OR is currently seeking detail-oriented and compassionate nurses (RN or LPN) to join our growing team. Multiple shifts available. We offer a competitive wage.

YOU ARE/POSSESS:

• Someone who has a vested interest in providing exceptional patient-centered care
• Valid Oregon nursing license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

JOB DUTIES:

• Oversee and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and CNAs
• Identify resident problem areas and strengths so that we can address any issues and find ways to improve
• Provide medication and treatments to residents
• Perform resident assessments
• Schedule: 3 days on, 3 days off rotation
