Scope of position:
Our Registered Nurse provides care and direction to the staff to follow the resident plan of care as determined by the Unit Manager.
Example of duties
- Is responsible for administering medications, treatments, and documentation in accordance with policy.
- Transcribes and carries out medical orders. Follows plan of care, which is determined by the Unit Manager in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Follows up on issues identified on previous shifts and contacts and collaborates with other departments as needed.
- Assesses resident and identifies, reports and documents any change in resident status.
- Communicates with Nursing Supervisor in a timely manner regarding significant issues: i.e., change in resident\'s condition, environmental, personnel or safety concerns.
- State of New Hampshire Licensed Registered Nurse.
- Must possess qualities of leadership and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
- Must possess ability to work harmoniously with others and delegate authority wisely
SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL:
2nd Shift: $2.75/hour
3rd Shift: $3.50/hour
Weekend Premium: $2.00/hour
