Full-Time, 36 hours per week, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. with a weekend and holiday rotation.

The SHORT STAY UNIT at Trinity Health Medical Center Brighton is an exciting new concept of care that provides a balance of inpatient and outpatient care; allowing for overnight stays for outpatients who require extended recovery. The Short Stay Center includes 18 private rooms, 6 private bays, a high staff to patient ratio and after-hours access to on-site physicians as well as Trinity specialists in remote locations via Telemedicine. The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

Current Michigan Nursing License Education:
