Registered Nurse Unit Manager Responsibilities You'll Love:
Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care for residents. Assess resident health conditions, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress. Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments as needed. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and family members to coordinate patient care. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. Mentor and train nursing staff, conduct performance evaluations, and promote professional development. Handle staffing and scheduling to maintain adequate coverage and meet patient care needs. Oversee resident care documentation and ensure accuracy and timeliness in charting.

What We Look For:
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware. Previous nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
