This position is accountable for coordinating the regulatory affairs objectives as well as supports general product promotion and use of the products.

responsibilities:
Develop, implement, monitor and report compendium of information regarding current status of pertinent regulatory issues.
Develop, implement, monitor and report strategies for favorable changes in regulatory status of our products in various jurisdictions.
Develop, implement, monitor and report procedures and outcomes of NSF auditing, record keeping, and reporting activities.
Develop, implement, monitor and report procedures and outcomes of other regulatory review processes.
Create, develop and maintain relationships with all interested parties including but not limited to regulators, distributors, installers, engineers and service providers.
Visit with interested parties to analyze their potential for selling, servicing, and installing products and services of the company
Visit field installations to complete various company objectives including but not limited to installation supervision, troubleshooting, training, distributor audits and sample collection for evaluation and reporting.
