Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Rehab Social Workers coordinate resources and services to patients and promote quality and continuity of care as well as appropriate utilization of resources. Our team is amazing! • You will be providing assessment and intervention relative to psychosocial factors and the social context in which the physically disabled patient lives.
• You will be demonstrating knowledge of the principles of growth and development of patients.
• You will be assessing data reflective of the patient\xe2\x80\x99s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient\xe2\x80\x99s requirements relative to his/her specific needs.

What qualifications you will need:

• Master of Social Work degree from an accredited school
• MSW license to practice in Nevada
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a medical setting with good knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes. Will consider new graduates.
