job summary:
Manufacturer near Jefferson City is seeking a Reliability Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have process improvement experience; improving efficiency with line equipment in manufacturing. Bachelor\'s degree in engineering required. Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience. Relocation provided for the right candidate. This is a day shift position. Consumer packaging line or conveyor line experience highly preferred.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:
- Apply quality improvement methods and tools to minimize losses and ensure quality and safety
- Work with line crews directly and serve as technical trainer, providing coaching in root cause analysis and stability sustainability
- Responsible for validation of all process improvements and revised basic conditions on the line
- Create technical standards to ensure stability and eliminate losses and waste on the line
- B.S. in Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing
- Experience with Quality, statistics and process controls
- Consumer packaging line/ conveyor experience in manufacturing
