General Summary of Associate Responsibility:
\xc2\xb7 To support and assist all aspects of the property rehab project, while reporting to and acting under the direction of the Community Manager and District Manager.
\xc2\xb7 Meet and work with development, property management, and resident services coordinator (if applicable) and other third-party supportive services staff to identify and coordinate services for households with special needs and ensure uninterrupted services and any other necessary services residents need during the relocation process.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain a spreadsheet that includes each household relocated, date relocated, location of the relocated unit, moving company that moved the resident, and date resident moved back to their unit.
\xc2\xb7 Provide ongoing status reports on relocation project processes.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor vendor (i.e., movers, cleaners, packing supply company, etc.) contract compliance.
\xc2\xb7 Respond to resident inquiries and be the primary contact for residents regarding relocation.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and distribute written notices in preparation for upcoming resident relocations to affected households.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the PM, construction, and development team to coordinate and ensure all requirements are met prior to the start of construction work for each unit.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct advance planning with every household and provide additional support to special needs households (including elderly, disabled, and households with household maintenance issues).
\xc2\xb7 Inspect temporary units and completed units to ensure and document that decent, safe, and sanitary (DSS) requirements are satisfied, if requested.
\xc2\xb7 Notify residents of their move date and provide ongoing contact and support to ensure that they are prepared to move to their new temporary unit assignment.
\xc2\xb7 Help with arranging for moves, including packing/unpacking assistance for households desiring such assistance.
\xc2\xb7 Issue boxes to residents to prepare for moving
\xc2\xb7 Schedule, coordinate and supervise moves for residents undergoing temporary relocation
\xc2\xb7 Work with the General Contractor and Owner team to ensure moves occur on time with respect to the most current project schedule.
Preferred Education and Experience:
\xc2\xb7 A high school diploma or equivalent is required
\xc2\xb7 Customer Service background (preferred)
