Job Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into databases and maintaining accurate records. You will need to have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities

  • Enter data into databases accurately and efficiently
  • Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data and perform regular data maintenance tasks
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic filing systems as needed
  • Sort, organize, and file paperwork and documents
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information
  • Ensure data integrity and security by following proper procedures and protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
  • Proficient typing skills (at least 50 words per minute)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of data entry practices and procedures
  • Experience with database management systems
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and data programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
