We are looking for an Insurance Processing Agent who can work weekends and evenings to join our remote insurance team! In this role, you will be responsible for processing and binding auto and home insurance policies and respond to customer inquiries through text or in-app chat. • Respond to incoming customer requests to purchase auto and home insurance policies from one of our many insurance carrier partners and bind the policies on their behalf
• Communicate to our customers through text, in-app chat or email
• Identify areas of improvement within our customer service process (We value our team\'s feedback)

Who you are:

• You hold a valid P&C insurance license
• You are a fast typer (minimum 50 WPM)
• You can multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• You are passionate about helping others

Schedule:

• Monday, Thursday and Friday: 12:30 - 9:00 pm EST
• Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST

Compensation and perks:

• Hourly wage: $19.00 - 24.00
