CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Performs varying degrees of clerical functions, from intermediate to fairly sophisticated, which require typing skills and the use of office equipment, personal computers, and business software systems. Customer interaction requires extensive use of customer service skills and a significant degree of decision-making authority. Employees in the classification work in the following areas:
Essential Education, Skills and Environment
Education and Work Experience
High school diploma (or GED)
Prefer of 1 year of customer service experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Will automatically progress through the wage rate scale provided the employee\'s performance is satisfactory to qualify for advancement. May be required by Company to pass written and/or proficiency tests covering any of the following qualifications:
