Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Representative, Order Support Audit will be responsible for managing high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, Chat, SMS and SalesForce cases related to Distributors/Members orders and maintaining detailed records of each interaction via Herbalife Nutrition Care (HNC).

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Understand Herbalife policy and business operations to deliver accurate information to Members ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service. Process Members' requests in a timely manner. Research, resolve and document all problem orders. Answer detailed Marketing Plan questions pertaining to orders and lineage. Generate warehouse logs for Call Tags, Customer Returns and all valid situations as they occur. Embrace and accurately promote company events, promotions and product campaigns. Assist in special projects as needed i.e. User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support events with Distributor Registration/Onsite Store Support.



Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:Superior customer service skills Bilingual English/Spanish Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills Ability to type 40 wpm and 10 key by touch Ability to maintain a professional demeanor always and interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity


Experience:2 years of customer service experience (preferred in a call center environment)


Education:High school diploma
