Job Description

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for booking reservations for guests and maintaining all required levels of excellence in customer service, productivity, efficiency, and profitability established for the department. Take the initiative to greet each guest immediately in a friendly/sincere warm acknowledgment. Providing outstanding customer service to every guest, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions

Schedule Details

: 8 hours shifts with 30 minutes break time will be assigned between 8am - 6pm on weekdays, weekends and holidays, work schedule is based on business needs.


Additional Responsibilities Include:




Answer phones in a cordial and professional manner following all departmental guidelines Books reservations for owners and guests informing them of services provided at the respective properties(s) Email and/or mail confirmations & information to owners & guests Maintains accurate records and documentation for all reservations Researches and resolves questions related to owner & guest disputes Handles Maintenance Fees questions and postings Assist with promoting Rental Revenue and processing advance deposits Works closely with the front desk team to ensure all reservations are consistent with check-in procedures Conduct pre-arrival notifications via email/phone with owners and guests and acquire ETA and promote various special grocery packages May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by Front Office Management

High School Diploma or GED Prior hospitality and phone sales experience Computer experience Excellent English language interpersonal skills in order to communicate both verbally and in writing Flexible schedule

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:


1+ years of related experience Knowledge of VOICE, REZLINK systems preferred Understanding of room type inventory
