A Brief Overview
Ensures customer beverage sections, displays coolers and all points of availability are stocked and rotated according to schematics sent to employee by the Division Category Manager.

Responsibilities

• Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves per schematic designed by Division Category Manager and/or store management.
• Inspect vehicle and supply the company vehicle with POS, racks, glides, etc. prior to departure. Drive to customer locations.
• Openly communicate and confirm with store management the schematic reset prior to starting at customer location.
• Rotate products utilizing a \xe2\x80\x9cfirst in - first out\xe2\x80\x9d stocking system by removing and organizing product on glides, shelves and back stock.
• Set aside for customer credit product unfit for sale insuring expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Builds displays
• Maintains back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or
• equivalent degree/certificate required
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device for clocking in/out
• Understand and fully operate Microsoft Outlook and excel
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Driving record must meet Swire\xe2\x80\x99s vehicle policy requirements
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Base pay range is $18.21 to $22.76 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate\xe2\x80\x99s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays; 40hrs of vacation pro-rated in first year (3-1/3 hours per remaining full month in current calendar year); Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
