As a RCA you will

• Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
• Observe and report any changes in residentxe2x80x99s physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers
• Answer call lights and assist STNAs and Nurses on each unit with resident needs
• Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family
• Transport residents to activities and church services
• Assist Nursing Department with meal services for breakfast and lunch

We are currently looking for RCA (Resident Care Assistant) to join our team! To qualify you need a:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of caregiving experience preferred
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
• Must enjoy working as part of a team
