Full Time

69.75 PM hours per two week pay period. Shift times are from: 4:30pm-8:30pm, 5:00pm-10:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, 3:00pm-11:15pm.

Part Time

21 PM hours per two week pay period. Shift times are from: 4:30pm-8:30pm, 5:00pm-10:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, 3:00pm-11:15pm.

38.75 PM hours per two week pay period. Shift times are from: 4:30pm-8:30pm, 5:00pm-10:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, 3:00pm-11:15pm.

All positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off.

About the position:

Eagle Crest South is looking for individuals who have the compassion for older adults to join our team! In the Resident Care Associate role, you will primarily work in our 36 assisted living apartments.

Being a Resident Care Associate is not just a job, it is a meaningful experience that goes beyond a paycheck. You will make a difference in the lives of our residents by assisting them with personal cares, activities of daily living, and social activities while helping them maintain dignity and independence. Other responsibilities will include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks.

Requirements:

• Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors
• If under 18 years of age, we can assist in getting a waiver to work.
• Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team!
• Background check information is reviewed only by HR after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.

Our Wages:

• Our starting rate is between $16.00 and $18.00 + per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. And regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance!
• We also offer a $3.00 NOC shift differential and a NEW Weekend Differential, as well as on-call pay.
• These certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!

Qualifications for Higher Wages:

• CNA Training (any state)
• Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• Full Time Position
