Job Overview:Wexe2x80x99re seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of residents. In this role, youxe2x80x99ll coordinate care plans, communicate with residents and families, and work closely with the teams to ensure high-quality, personalized care.
