Onsite, Resident Manager needed for an Extended Stay Hotel.Experience in property management and/or hotel management preferred. Compensation includes HOUSING, ALL utilities paid, FREE wifi, FREE cable TV service, bi-monthly pay + the ability to earn BONUS PAY!!!! Skills required include: cash handling, basic bookkeeping, organization, record keeping, conflict resolution, payment collection, problem solving, basic property maintenance, cleaning/housekeeping, written & verbal communications, basic computer skills & data entry, inventory management and sales. Job responsibilities include: marketing & renting available units, collecting weekly payments, preventative maintenance, cleaning, communicating with guests, communicating with management staff, meeting revenue and occupancy goals, being on call for emergencies, residing on property, resolving guests issues/concerns, data entry, tracking inventory & maintaining par levels.

Pay: $30,000.00 per year
