:The PACE Resident Services Assistant (RSA) provides support, assistance, and care to participants. This position reports to the service area Operations Supervisor, in unison and under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator. The Resident Services team creates and maintains an emotional, physical, and social environment consistently able to meet participant needs.Providence ElderPlace is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible through clinics, home visits and more. Required Qualifications:

• Currently certified with First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or become certified prior to start date upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year - Recent experience, as a caregiver, with frail or elderly population.
