We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property rentals, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining high occupancy rates. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks related to property management.

Duties

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features. Manage the leasing process from application to contract signing, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Utilize property management software such as Yardi for data entry and record-keeping. Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, employing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively. Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while maintaining company policies and standards. Assist in the marketing of available properties through various channels to attract potential renters.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be required for property tours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
