You\xe2\x80\x99ve got the education to understand what\xe2\x80\x99s to be done\xe2\x80\xa6 now it\xe2\x80\x99s time to roll up your sleeves and put it into action. You drive to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s house and the Lead Service Expert introduces you (as a colleague!) to the homeowner. You wrap up the first project of the day and get ready to move on to the next house. You\xe2\x80\x99re already looking forward to tomorrow. Job Duties: Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently \xe2\x80\x93 everyone pitches in because it\xe2\x80\x99s ultimately about serving the customer. Develop your expertise: You clean windows and wash homes, knowing that you\xe2\x80\x99re adding a positive experience to our customers lives through the services we offer, in turn giving them more free time and peace of mind. Over time, you gain a growing expertise in the services we offer. Become a trusted professional: You keep your tools neat, clean, and well maintained so they\xe2\x80\x99re handy and ready for use and safe. You are VERY detailed oriented. You\xe2\x80\x99ll learn to use our software, understand job-scope, estimating, equipment, inventory, etc. because you\xe2\x80\x99ll know that this keeps everyone informed \xe2\x80\x93 from the customer to the journeyman to the team back at the office. You\xe2\x80\x99ll look forward to the day when you\xe2\x80\x99re a trusted industry expert with your own apprentices. Pathways to advancement: You will start as an Apprentice, next is Service Expert, after that you\xe2\x80\x99ll strive to be a Lead Service Expert. Once a Lead Service Expert, you will be trained to manage your team. and next in line is a Senior Service Expert to manage other teams. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Our Service Experts will earn $30,000 to $55,000 a year plus tips, bonuses, incentives, and spiffs! Job Requirements: You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You don\xe2\x80\x99t need experience to apply here but experience is a plus. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone \xe2\x80\x93 from the customer to the team to yourself. You\xe2\x80\x99re a professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance and you understand that safety is paramount. You won\xe2\x80\x99t work anywhere that is unsafe but you know that safety is a two-way street, so you won\xe2\x80\x99t do anything unsafe either. You learn every aspect of the job.
