Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Resort Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Resort Manager forms part of the Resort Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Resort.

Leadership Requirements

- Ability to inspire, motivate and lead teams while continuously being a coach/mentor

- Strong emotional intelligence, high energy, engaged with employees and guests

- Important to enjoy local activities as guests and employees are very passionate about enjoying all the destination has to offer

- Ability to understand the Luxury guest needs and sense of urgency for requests

- Establish a relationship with multi return ELITE guests, VIPs and Residential owners

- Deep understanding and passion for service excellence and product innovation

- Hands on, very visible throughout the resort with the ability to pull resources together

- Ability to run the resort operations at the highest level with limited resources and staffing

- Strong business acumen overall and across all functions

- Strong ability to manage labor and adjust standards as needed

- Knowledgeable about standard profit margins and ability to make financial decisions which maintain those margins

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Ideal candidate should have prior operational background experience in Food & Beverage or Rooms, Residential experience would be a plus/advantage

- Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Resort Management

- A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience

- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on a as needed basis, in order to promote teamwork. This may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

- US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
