Job Responsibilities
Handle restaurant and bakery sales at the Alley Restaurant counter and takeout window.
Keep track of the contents and accuracy of the cash drawer.
Take calls and reservations over the phone, and be ready to answer any questions guests may have.
Keep the Front Counter and surrounding area sanitary, clean and presentable.
Deliver orders promptly and with a smile!
Personal Skills
Comfortable with multitasking and able to stay calm under stressful/unusual circumstances.
Strong delegation skills.
Friendly and happy to interact with customers.
Honest and trustworthy nature.
Able to take responsibility for handling money.
Able to work most or all of a shift standing up.
Able to lift 35 lbs.
Able to learn and use effectively the computer POS system/cash register.
Comfortable with basic arithmetic.
