The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that define our establishment.Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.- Ensure guests receive outstanding service and hospitality, handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.- Supervise and train front-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards, maintain professionalism, and deliver exceptional customer service.- Support the General Manager in managing financial aspects of the restaurant, including monitoring costs, expenses, and revenue generation.- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall presentation in compliance with health and safety regulations.- Assist in training and motivating staff to create a cohesive team environment focused on delivering excellence.- Perform administrative duties such as payroll processing, scheduling, and maintain records as required.Qualifications:- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a fine dining restaurant or upscale hospitality environment.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, front-of-house procedures, and customer service best practices.- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Food Managers or Serve Safe Managers and TABC Certifications are required.Benefits:- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and 401K plans.- Paid vacation and sick leave.- Performance base compensation plan.- Competitive salary based off experience and qualifications.- Opportunity for career growth within a growing and dynamic company.If you are passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a track record of success in the restaurant industry, we invite you to apply!
