Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic servers and bartenders to provide an excellent customer service experience while adhering to policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers, take orders, run and bus tables. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Maintain a clean and sanitary work area as well as all guests areas. Restock and replenish inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

Proven working experience as a server or bartender Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar and dining area organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate'
Job Duties:

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele

Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift Clean and maintain work areas
