Job Details:

Location: 2923 Lakewood Village Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72116. Pay: Competitive wage of up to $18 per hour, Schedule: All shifts are available throughout the week, offering flexibility for your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Lead energetic shifts, ensuring the restaurant meets Five Guys' high standards for cleanliness and maintenance.

Team Coaching:

Train and motivate team members to perform at their best and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Guest Satisfaction:

Act as a guest advocate, addressing needs promptly and ensuring a memorable experience.

Performance Oversight:

Monitor and report key metrics such as labor costs, sales, and inventory.

Qualifications:

18 years or older 1-2 years of previous shift leader experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college experience preferred. Proficiency in basic technology systems (e.g., Microsoft Office) is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
