The Gig:

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, get-it-done type to join our squad as a Restoration Operations Specialist. You'll be the glue between our superstar Project Managers and the field, making sure nothing slips--contracts, client updates, or damage scopes. If you thrive on keeping chaos in check and can snap a photo that tells the whole story, this is your shot.

What You'll Do:

Back up our Project Managers--draft contracts, manage work orders, and chase down what they need to keep reconstruction rolling. Own client communication--proactive updates, timelines, and answers so our property owners and agents stay happy. Hit the ground after mitigation--scope losses, snap detailed pics and document damages. Tie it together - sync with our mitigation lead, accounting, and sales to keep every job on track. Jump in wherever the fire's hottest--flexibility's key in this game.

Who You Are:

You've got some chops in construction, restoration, or property management--enough to know what "mitigation" means without Googling it. Organized as hell--deadlines don't scare you, and you don't drop balls. A people person--clients and teammates like you because you're clear, not mushy. Tech-savvy--phones, cameras, maybe some CompanyCam or Xactimate basics (we'll teach you if you're close). Cool under pressure--water damage doesn't wait, and neither do we. Bonus: You've coordinated projects, worked with contractors, or dealt with insurance folks before.
