Hiring Assistant Managers for Vernon Powell Rehoboth!

We are seeking Assistant Managers with experience and excellent Customer Service skills to join our team. We carry high quality fashion footwear, performance footwear, apparel, jewelry, accessories, and more! Candidates must be motivated to learn the latest products and provide top level customer service.

Asst. Manager Responsibilities:

Meeting and making connections with customers, asking questions, and listening
to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice to meet those needs

Inspiring the customer to buy, celebrating the purchase, and creating a lasting
positive impression of you, Vernon Powell, and the purchase

Maintaining selling floor presentations and restocking them as needed

Learning Vernon Powell's systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies
and complete support duties

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We are a full-service shoe store and place shoes on feet. You will have to touch feet.

You will have to do stock work, including working on ladders and lifting boxes
weighing 30+lbs.

Pay:

$21-22/hour - negotiable based on experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management and team supervision Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers Excellent customer service and communication abilities Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

We are currently open 10-6 Monday -Thursday, 10-7 Friday - Saturday, and 11-5 on Sunday. Do you have open availability during those hours? If no, please specify your availability. Our shoe Sales Associates provide professional service using shoe horns to place shoes on customers feet. Can you handle being close to feet? Some of your job duties will include replenishing merchandise. Are you able to lift a 30lb box? Are you able to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift?
