• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product information.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach.
• Dependability and punctuality.
