Meseret is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Tampa team! Our Customer Service Representative will provide information regarding products and services to the consumer, and deliver a five-star experience with every interaction. We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills to meet directly with potential customers, drive revenue, and generate new business on behalf of our client.

The Role:

As a full-time Customer Service representative, we will provide you with the tools necessary to thrive in any professional setting. At the entry level, the Customer Service Representative will learn communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. Those with experience in customer service, marketing, and sales, will do well in this role.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Conducting sales presentations outlining the features and benefits of products or services
• Closing new accounts to exceed targets
• Meeting with consumers while executing outreach campaigns
• Providing customer support, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
• Staying up to date on product knowledge, techniques, and best practices, in order to improve their performance

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience
• High School Education / GED is required
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial minded
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Solution oriented, go-getter mentality
