Job Description


Supervisory Responsibilities:

Hires and trains store managers.

Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of store managers.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Carries out the strategic direction of the company\'s daily operations; executes this strategy in collaboration with front-line team members.

Provides leadership to local team by proactively addressing and solving issues and risks that arise.

Ensures compliance with industry and legal regulations and best practices, and adherence to company processes and procedures.

Trains staff and ensures competency on company documentation standards.

Serve as a key contact for regulatory entities, if required.

Evaluate KPI and strategize to improve operations and financial performance.

Communicate to employees\xe2\x80\x99 sales strategies and goals, monitor progress toward those goals, and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.

Assist with coordinating training programs for assigned facilities.

Maintain processes that are professional and safe for all customers and in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Schedules and directs regular team meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale.

Trains on policies and procedures for assigned locations.

Verify and accept product inventory in accordance with operating procedures. Ensure daily inventory counts are complete and accurate.

Follow approvals process for purchasing of needed supplies and inventory.

Verifiable product knowledge of flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, dosing instructions, extraction methods, and methods of consumption.

Provide a positive example of professionalism and work ethic.

Assist with new store openings within the region, including ordering and accepting supplies, meeting with on-site vendors, and communicating progress to leadership.

Ensure facilities are clean and organized.

Work on special projects and assignments designated by upper management.

Be extremely organized, efficient, and a good manager of time & resources.

Screen, interview, and onboard new employees, ensuring local documentation is up to date.

Expedite and coordinate employee/new hire badging and licensing for assigned facilities. Ensure employees renew prior to expiration.

Ensure I-9 verification and documentation is completed and organized in accordance with federal guidelines

Performs other duties as assigned.
