Sales Associate Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of electronics or jewelry sales is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
