BED PROS MATTRESS

We are searching for a self confident, motivated, sales person with an outgoing personality, who possesses the ability to listen, learn and apply new sales techniques. Are you a trustworthy, friendly person who can ask qualifying questions, listen, analyze, educate, and make customers comfortable by telling jokes and stories?

Do you enjoy educating customers, so that they are able to make good buying decisions? Are you willing to negotiate with each customer to earn business, follow-up, offer excellent customer service, while having fun a high earning potential?

Are you able to learn detailed product knowledge, use communication skills, presentation skills, and advanced closing skills, to meet and exceed Sales Goals?

About us: Bed Pros Mattress is a family owned Mattress Company that is dedicated to serving customers in the Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg and Sarasota metropolitan areas.

Over the last 27 years we have expanded to 13 locations and we are still growing.

We offer all high-end brand name mattresses such as: Tempur-Pedic, Simmons, Beautyrest, Serta, Sealy, Searns & Foster, Jamison Resort Latex, Therapedic , Necter, Dreamcloud, Puffy, Casper . Selling quality products at competitive prices plus excellent customer service creates satisfied customers who refer friends and family, increases business and creates happy, successful employees. A great sales team is the key to our success.

Use specific sales techniques to assess, qualify and identify bedding needs, of every customer

Educate customers about the about health advantages of a good night sleep, explain the features and benefits of each product

Understand medical issues that cause pain and sleep disturbances.

Build customer relationships and promote customer loyalty, gain referrals increase positive word-of mouth advertising

Present: mattress protectors, sheets, and electric bases to boost profits and increase sales

Use closing techniques and earn sales

We offer above industry compensation:

Commissions with draw, spiffs, monthly contest, bonuses, manufacturer contests, and discounts on merchandise. Pay is determined by your monthly delivered profits, spiffs and bonuses
