RETAIL SALES - POIPU

Our Poipu salespeople earn an average of $25-$27/hour (inclusive of hourly wage, commission, and bonuses). Previous retail or jewelry retail experience is not required as we provide paid on the job training and will teach you what you need to know to achieve and exceed your sales goals.

Our salespeople earn commission on every dollar they sell. Commission is paid out bi-weekly. In addition to personal commissions, we also recognize and reward sales performance monthly with bonuses and incentives.

Must be able to:

Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays Have reliable transportation Stand for 8 hours Lift 25 lbs Bend and reach Utilize basic computer, calculator and counting skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

Previous luxury retail sales experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethics with high integrity High enthusiasm combined with a positive attitude, dedication and drive Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers Basic computer literacy
