JOB TITLE: Revenue Cycle Liaison

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Revenue Cycle Liaison is responsible for coordinating aspects of the revenue cycle including training, billing, claims production, charge verification, collections, transaction posting and internal auditing. The Revenue Cycle Liaison will utilize their knowledge to assist facility front office staff and CBO staff with accounts receivable resolution and financial hardships. Reviews managed care summary sheets and Medicare contracts for accuracy for assigned facilities. Keeps informed on all current applicable third party payer regulations and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and auditing preferred.
• Must be an effective communicator who can express himself/herself on a daily basis in a professional manner both verbally and in writing as well as be a proactive professional who can identify trends and solve them in a timely manner.
• Minimum of 4 years\' experience with medical billing and collections or comparable education in a related field.
• Travel is also required.
