Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Risk Management Program. Reviews & analyses risk management data and assists Risk Director and Risk Manager with developing and implementing plans to reduce risk and liability.
Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree preferred

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting, acute care or relevant experience required. Must have working knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast pace environment. Maintains professional approach to handling confidential information. Computer literate in MS Office Applications. Familiar with MIDAS or similar Risk Management systems. Able to perform analysis of data to compile reports for presentation. Must have excellent investigative skills and able to complete review of records to compile necessary reports.
