This Med/Surg RN Clinical Supervisor opportunity is full time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefit and a convenient day shift schedule.

Job Summary: This position performs a dual function, clinical and managerial. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting, performs disciplinary actions, participates in hiring and termination of staff. Communicates with physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient\xe2\x80\x99s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Qualifications

• Current NV RN License
• Current BLS & ACLS required
• Bachelors degree required or enrolled in an adredited program within one year of emplyment or transfer into a supervisory role
