We are looking to hire a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Float Pool at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise! This position will be located at our off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

As a RN working in the Critical Care Float Pool you will:
\xe2\x80\x8bHave an opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma Center and a Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center
Provide next level care for critically ill patients
Have the opportunity to grow and advance in your nursing career as we continue to develop and expand our critical care program
What you can expect:
RN\xe2\x80\x99s working in the critical care float pool have the opportunity to float to our ICU, CICU, CVICU, Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU, and Emergency Department
To work in fast paced, high-pressure environments that care for some of the area\xe2\x80\x99s highest acuity patients needing neuro, medical, surgical, cardiac and trauma care
An opportunity to work independently and autonomously in critical care areas
What you will need to start work with us:
General Requirements:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon within 6 months
BLS at date of hire
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
PALS, NRP, TNCC certifications within 12 months of hire
Prior critical care experience in an acute care setting (high acuity, critical patient population) preferred
