Overview


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise in various nursing practices and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. This role involves working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities



Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health and needs. Administer IV infusions and manage medication protocols as prescribed. Provide tube feeding for patients requiring nutritional support. Offer care for geriatric patients, ensuring their specific health requirements are met. Assist in family planning consultations and education for patients and their families. Maintain accurate medical documentation using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Deliver hospice palliative medicine, focusing on comfort and quality of life for patients with serious illnesses. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.

Requirements



Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Proven experience in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment skills. Familiarity with IV infusion protocols and tube feeding procedures. Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. Proficient in medical documentation practices; experience with Cerner is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Pay: $81,484.00 - $143,174.00 per year
