Our hospital is calling for RNs in Anchorage, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all \xe2\x80\x93 especially those who are poor and vulnerable.Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Day ShiftThe registered nurse is accountable for the delivery and supervision of safe, quality care that is individualized for their assigned patients and follows the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). She/He is responsible for the assessment, treatment, and care of patients in populations and ages as assigned. The registered nurse accepts and promotes professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. She/He will access, analyze, customize, coordinate, and communicate the patient\'s plan of care and activities collaboratively with other members of the health care team. Families and or significant others will be included within the plan of care as appropriate. She/He will direct, delegate, and manage the care delivered by colleagues and subordinates. The registered nurse performs all duties in a manner that respects and supports the family-centered care model. • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year Nursing experience.
