Registered Nurse \xe2\x80\x93 Emergency RoomAbout our Position:As an Emergency Room nurse with Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to our diverse patient population. Our 32 bed ER is a fast paced setting with over 40,000 annual admissions.Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• One (1) year of clinical and/or unit specific nursing experience is preferred
• Current Missouri licensure as a practical nurse is required
• BLS certification is required within 7 days of hire or transfer to position
• ALS required within 30 days of hire or transfer to position
• PALS required within 30 days of hire or transfer to position
• CPI or TACT required within 90 days of hire or transfer to position

Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient and family centered care in the assigned nursing unit. Roles during this phase of care focus on assessing the patient and developing a plan of care designed to meet the physical, psychological, educational, and sociocultural needs of the patient and family.
