:

RN Fellow - Nursing Float Pool Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a .9 FTE, night shift opening, (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week), with rotating weekends.

An RN Fellow will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).

Preferred qualifications:

• upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
