The Nurse is responsible for providing and supervising the medical and personal care services delivered in their assigned area. The stated goal of the Nurse is to assure resident safety and attain the highest practicable health and psychosocial well-being of each Resident is attained and maintained in accordance with the comprehensive assessment and plan of care.
Qualified candidates must have an active RN license in the state of Indiana.
