• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration - Oncology Nursing Society within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year - Nursing experience.
