Currently we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our amazing community home care team, providing skilled nursing care to clients in their home in the Rochester area.

If you have been nursing for years or a recent graduate, consider home care! You will have opportunity to work in a variety of areas including but not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Assessment and skilled observation
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Injection administration
• IV monitoring
• Tube feeding
• Catheter insertion and monitoring
• Tracheostomy care
• Medication administration
• Patient and caregiver education

With Comfort Health\xe2\x80\x99s high standards, the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)will ensure the home care services follow current regulations and standards while being able to relate professionally with clients, staff, and family members.

LICENSED/CERTIFICATION:

• RN or LPN (Required)
• Driver\'s License (Required)

LOCATION:

• Rochester, MN area.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time & part-time position
• Monday to Friday, rotating weekends \xe2\x80\x93 flexible visit schedule
