Building Location: Building B - St Marys Medical CenterDepartment: 14130 Float Pool - Med/Surg: Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.Education Qualifications:Qualifications:BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursingCurrent nursing licensure in MinnesotaBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.Be a part of a Healthcare organization that invests in you and your career.
