The BAYADA Nurse Residency Program is a transition to practice program for new graduate nurses who would like a meaningful and exciting career in home care. The program focuses on creating a collaborative professional development environment where new graduate nurses can safely develop their critical thinking and nursing skills while working with children and adults in the home. A clinical coach mentor, dedicated seasoned clinicians, and highly trained preceptors will support your growth as you transition into your career in home care nursing.

We have service Lackawanna, Susquehanna, and Wyoming County area with start dates on 8/21/2023, 9/11/2023, 9/25/2023, and 10/9/2023:

• Clarks Summit Pediatrics (infant-young adult clients)
• Wilkes Barre-Scranton Adult Nursing (17+ aged clients)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Assessments
• Training and education of family members
• Medication administration of prescribed treatments and therapies
• Communication with other members of the patients\' multidisciplinary team
• Supply management
• Emergency management

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing (in Pennsylvania)
• OR Current NCLEX date scheduled
• Current CPR certification
