• Combining Med/Surg, ICU, ED - New Graduate RN Opportunity!

Join our esteemed StaRN Residency Program .This comprehensive yearlong program offers a paid classroom and preceptorship experience, allowing you to gain valuable acute care nursing skills. With varying positions available based on hospital needs, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What to Expect:

Part 1: StaRN Training (5-8 weeks depending on specialty):

• Instructor-led classroom training
• State-of-the-art simulation and certifications
• Charting systems training
• Monday-Friday schedule with 40-hour work weeks

Part 2: StaRN Clinical Preceptorship (7-8 weeks depending on specialty):

• Hospital-based preceptorship with one-on-one training
• Regular development meetings and customized coaching
• Three 12-hour shifts at the hospital

Part 3: HCA Residency Program - First Year

• Transition to full-time role at the hospital
• Ongoing professional development and mentorship
• Completion of an evidence-based capstone project

Requirements:

• Current South Carolina RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing within the past year
• Full-time commitment to the hospital for two years
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Attendance is imperative throughout the StaRN Training program
