RN - Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) Nurse Manager
Full-time, business hours \xe2\x80\x93 24/7 leadership coverage

Salary: $86,000 - $146,000 depending on experience
Description:
- Opened position due to Nurse Manager transferring to manage another unit within the system
- 18-bed unit; 55+ Registered Nurse FTEs including staff and Charge RNs, Coordinators, Nurse Educator and Assistant Nurse Manager
- High patient and employee satisfaction scores
- 39 heart specialists on the team
- The department is undergoing a major expansion
- Lead the team as a mentor and advocate for excellent patient care
- Participate in the department and hospital programs for quality assurance and improvement
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master Degree in Nursing preferred
- Five (5) or more years of specialty related experience required
- Two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a Supervisor or above role
- Unencumbered Delaware RN License or Multi-State Compact RN license
