Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Resource Pool
Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a variety of units, including medical-surgical, critical care, and emergency, as needed.
  • Utilize your nursing expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, adjusting to the specific demands of each unit.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care in all settings.
  • Adapt quickly to different patient needs, protocols, and workflows, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing patient care planning and review.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program .
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience , preferably in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National Certification in an area of specialty upon hire (e.g., Med-Surg, Critical Care, or Emergency Nursing).
